Information & Policies
Orders & Processing
We make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality of our work.
For standard products, orders typically ship within 2–3 business days unless otherwise noted. Custom work, machining, engraving, special orders, and other made-to-order services may require additional processing time.
If a specific turnaround time is provided at the time of order, that timeframe will apply. Please understand that custom work and production timelines can occasionally change due to material availability, workload, supplier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Once an order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control.
Custom Work & Services
Custom machining, engraving, gunsmithing, and other services are performed based on the specifications approved by the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and reviewing specifications before work begins. Once custom work has been started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Because custom work is made specifically for each customer, custom orders are generally final sale unless otherwise agreed upon.
Firearm & NFA Transfers
All firearm and NFA transfers are completed in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and completing all required documentation. Transfer times may vary depending on the type of transfer, required approvals, and processing times outside of our control.
We are happy to help guide you through the process and answer questions, but final approval is determined by the appropriate government agency.
Shipping
Shipping options and rates are provided at the time of purchase or service.
Firearms and regulated items must be shipped and transferred in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Additional requirements may apply depending on the item and destination.
Once a package has been shipped, Francis Manufacturing & Defense is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the carrier regarding delivery issues while we will assist when possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on firearms, ammunition, custom work, engraved items, or other specially ordered or modified products.
If you receive an incorrect item or believe an item is defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Cancellations
Orders for standard products may be canceled before processing begins, when possible. Approved order cancellations may be subject to a 20% processing and cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Custom orders, machining, engraving, gunsmithing, transfers, and other services may not be canceled once work has begun or materials have been ordered specifically for the customer. Any cancellation approved after work or processing has begun may be subject to applicable costs and fees.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any firearm, part, accessory, or other item purchased or submitted for service is legal for them to possess and use in their jurisdiction.
Francis Manufacturing & Defense reserves the right to refuse a transaction or service when required by law or when we determine that the transaction cannot be completed safely or legally.
